I wrote this game during 1994 as an experiment into the possibility of using genetic evolutionary algorithms to control enemy spaceships. That AI system didn't work, so I removed it, and this is what was left. Warning: some of the code is really ugly because it was written as part of a larger system and then hacked about into its current form, and I'm not at all proud of what remains.
